Blank POI label and description

Some of the POIs label and description are blank only the marker image is showing, but when you select it will show that there's actualy a label and description when the background image change to selected  while other POIs  are just blank no data.

 

Is it because my data are originally in XML form then I just converted it to JSON?.

 

I have attached two images, one it is showing no label and description or just blank POI.

Second is when you click the blank POI it will the missing label and description.

Hi Dominic,

As the text is displayed correcly once you select a POI, this sounds like there is something wrong with the code displaying the text when the POIs is not selected. Can you please recheck your code that handles the displaying.
