Hello Tom, on my experience in Titanium the imageRecognition.html need to be placed under Resources/android/assets .

If that don't resolve the problem remenber that for the new Module 4.0.0 you need to get a free trial license key from the site .

That worked!  Looks like I'll need to maintain two world files as well, in order to keep the paths relative to the phones os.  Feel like this shouldn't be something I need to do.
