Cache of wtc file. Is it supported?

Hello! 

May I learn if WTC file gets cached when is downloaded from remote URL and what is the logic behind caching? I currently load the wtc file from remote URL and its size it getting pritty heavy. it looks like it gets downloaded over again every time I start architect world, even if the content of the file is not changed. Is there way to make it cached?
