I could help someone stating that when I open the world of augmented reality in my android application I get the black screen .. please thanks

Hi Darwin,

can you let us know how your set-up looks like (are you using PhoneGap or Titanium?). Which device and which version of the SDK or you using? What exactly are you doing (step-by-step) that you get the black screen?

 

I'm using the version of sdk 2.0 and I'm using it in my native android application, call the ArchitectView initially and if I charge it pois the time I click the button back of my device and returns me to load the ArchitectView but since with a black screen and does not go there.

Hi Darwin,

which device are you running the SDK. Is there a particular reason, why you are still running SDK 2.0? If not, I recommend to upgrade to the latest version of the SDK 3.2
