Hie, my team are developing a point based AR. When user switch on the app, if they highlight at the right way, they should see the POI in AR. I give you the sample screen :
However, what we are experiencing right now is in order to see the AR bubble, user need to point their phone towards the ceiling (towards up). It is as though the ar bubbles only exist on the sky. If user hold their device normally (facing front), the ar bubbles will not appear.
Wondering why... Appreciate your help

This might be a problem with the altitude of the POIs. Try to not supply an altitude info when creating the AR.GeoLocation.
