Here is my problem. My device is Curve 9220 os 7.1

Hi Andrew,

Unfortunately we can't support this device due to the factor that according to the device specification there is no gps sensor built in this device - which is needed for retrieving the users location and display the content in your surroundings.
If i don't use BIS or BES, can i use Wikitude?

Yes you can use Wikitude with all Network connection types available.
