Is their a difference in functonality between the PhoneGap plugin and native SDK's? It looks like PhoneGap is at 1.1.0 and native SDK's are at 1.2. So does this mean PhoneGap 1.1.0  has the same functionality as the native 1.1.0?

Please find latest PhoneGap plugin code & samples in out git.
You can use any Wikitude SDK version within the phoneGap plugin, whereat we recommend to always use the very latest.
PhoneGap plugin is just a wrapper for the Wikitude SDK and is independent.
